Out of Character: It looks like one of the peasants escaped, but I don't think we can do anything about that, but what about the other peasants? We need to take them to the doctors but I think that is going to cause some problems.
In Character: John is angry that one of the peasants has escaped, he says "Oh no, one of the peasants escaped" John then notices that one of the peasants is starting to sweat cold, John turns to the group and he says to them "I don't think we can do about the peasant who escaped but what about the other peasants? We can't just leave them there in this condition, they will die! We should take them to the doctor to heal their wounds".
Out of Character: Sgtlee, I don't think killing the peasants is a good idea, we must find some other useful way to use the peasants without just 'killing' them. John will not allow nobody to kill his peasant. He doesn't want to be a murderer.

Grouth looks to the others as he [contemplates] what to do. I know I am new to this group but we need to figure out how to make sure no others escape. The fact that one is gone and probably headed to warn others of where we are and what we may be doing is going to not go well for us I think.
Out of Character: Once again I have to agree with the Major: we should not have taken prisoners since the first. Also splitting the group was not a good idea. We risk to lose two characters because of that. We need to be more organized and work as a group or else this scenario will never be solved in the years being.
In Character: Cagliostro comes back to himself hearing the ruckus caused by the prisoner's escape. "Shoot, I fell asleep", is his first thought. Blaming his distraction on the recent wound received during the confrontation with the thugs, the wannabe magician turns to his companions. "What now? We can't just let him go! What if somebody goes looking for him? We have horses. Maybe one of us could scout the road while somebody else looks around in the woods".
Cagliostro doesn't seem particulary concerned by the destiny of the sick captive and doesn't even mention it.
Specific Action: Lady Godiva charges forward to help Aose while at the same time not trying to fall into any 'traps' along the way.
In Character: Being wounded and not particularly skilled in manhunting, Cagliostro keeps guarding the remaining prisoners changing position slightly on the grass to avoid a dead leg.
Specific Action: Help Grouth guarding the prisoners.
