Out of Character: you are afraid they may eat your character? Seriously though. You can attempt a trip there if you like, but if you do it then I think we should stay here in the village and wait for you. The camping in the surroundings thing doesn't work well and our magician may get too excited waiting.
Out of Character: Are you sure you want to send him alone until East City just to check on that man? I think we should stay in the surroundings (maybe by the river?) so, if it takes too long, we can go to the rescue. If we stay in the village he will be left by himself.
I agree that the inn deserves a visit but I disagree on the method. Ok for the disguise, we can think about something. But I think we should storm the place rather than try to get inside quietly during night-time. I believe that each strategy is good or bad not by itself but depending in which kind of resources you have. We are not stealthy, we don't even have a Rogue, and most of the fighters have low soul values so, if it comes to rolls on luck, we are not strong also. I fear that if we try to use a swift tactic we will only screw up again. What we have is warriors, 5 out of 6 characters, and that's what we have to use. Storming the place requires a fight, yes, but the cleric is not there and we would probably confront opponents similar to those that ambushed us in the woods.
We can maybe disguise ourselves and drink in the main room waiting for the night. When the place will be not so busy anymore, we just storm it: we kill everybody and search every single wall brick and floor tile. That's it.
(This tactic is copyrighted and therefore protected by the International law. Every attempt to copy, distribute or commercialize it is a violation and may be punished by the competent authorities (laugh)).
Out of Character: You want to go by the river after all that went down there? I tend to agree more with Fair. Just hanging around anywhere near the city isn't a good thing. The people there are like rats coming out to see what they can feed on and I'm not like just talking about this current game either - it happened in other games too. We're already a man down and you're half HP so we need to spare everyone.
Out of Character: I didn't think about Cagliostro being only on 2 HP. That's even more reason to not all go there yet. Cagliostro needs to get fully healed otherwise his next combat will probably be his last.
Out of Character: I suggested to search the area by the river but I never said I would come along (laugh) Probably there was a corpse there and that picks my curiosity even if it could be just the carcass of a dead animal.
If you guys disagree on checking it out, we can just accelerate time and wait for me and Aose to be back in good shape. But, before that, we need a clear and detailed plan because we can't just say we wait one month and after the next game update we post random actions just to get ourselves more time.
Out of Character: Doing anything for a couple days to pass some time would be better than just sitting here in the inn in the village. Just my thoughts. The more we wait the more the trial goes cold. We need to get back to the east city and see if anything has changed since the cleric left there or if he has returned.
Out of Character: KNtoran: I already had my small adventure at the river, not going anywhere now. If you guys want to inspect the area by the river, that's a good idea. A trip to east city just to check out how is the situation is also an excellent thing: is always an advantage making plans and basing actions on fresh information. Moreover, you are right: for what we know, the cleric could have returned to east city in the meanwhile.
We don't have much time and there's no trace of actions so far. I can't post something generic just to avoid penalties this time.
