Camp - The Dark Cleric - Page 387
Out of Character: I created Rasputin as a Magician because I wanted to use spells. No player has ever lived long enough to even learn a single spell, so it is a worthy challenge.
As far as JB's warnings about low Soul during character creation was concerned, they were vague and not very specific.

Character creation clearly states that Magicians got a special bonus on both of their Secondary Skills, and I foolishly put my faith in that bonus when I made Rasputin. By now, I've realized that bonus is a lie and shall give more Soul to my next Magician should Rasputin prove to be a hopeless situation.

Thus saith Sword specialist... Out of Character: Ras, you do realize that the bonus is applied to your initial attributes and not your rolls right?

Out of Character: Rasputin is out for the count. Feel free to continue without him if that is your wish.

It's interesting how past characters got 300 gold just for starting the quest, but all late joiners get nothing when they start the quest.

Thus saith AngloSaxon Noblewoman... Out of Character: Rasputin you sound like a spoiled child that can't get his way. You do realize that this adventure begun since 2011 and you expect the same result for your character? 
Anyway, so we are two men down after losing Rasputin and Lodewic. We need to either hire some muscle or wait again. I know we dread waiting but we need more of us on this to get to the south.

Thus saith AngloSaxon Noblewoman...Out of Character: Not surprised. When he made his character I knew he wasn't serious at least he wasn't serious about contributing to the party and his feathers got all ruffled when the bandit took out his character easily. Back to waiting I guess?
