July 2010 the deadliest month of Afghan war
KABUL, Afghanistan -- The Associated Press is reporting that three U.S. Service members have been killed in Afghanistan, bringing the toll for July to at least 63. That makes it the deadliest month for American forces in the nearly 9-year-war. Ref. USAToday
I came across this quote today, I'm guessing Pres. Regan would not be able to say the same thing again because it is not the Russians.

Hamid Karzai to dissolve all private security:
