The latest study posted explains a lot with my own memory. I had a lot of stress growing up, especially in my teenage years, and my memory is so bad!
On anger management, it used to be easy to get me upset or angry, but I feel over the last handful of years I've really mellowed out. I think it's because of a lot of things: medication, better coping skills, understanding myself better.
If something or someone is not hurting others or myself, I really don't see the point in getting upset.
