I love the Smurfs! When I was kid, I used to rush from school to reach home and watch it on TV while drinking my hot chocolate and cookies.
My favourites were: Brainy Smurf (he was so mean!), Clumsy Smurf (so sweet!), Vanity Smurf (gay smurf maybe?) AND my clon: Grouchy Smurf

I loved the cartoon as well. but have you ever wondered why there was only one female smurf and the rest were male? That didn't seem pretty fair

Because Smurfette was in fact a creation of Gargamel to destroy the Smurfs. She used to have dark hair, ugly eyelashes and cause lots of trouble but thanks to Papa Smurf who performed "plastic smurfery" she became blond. Later on, they discovered she was an invention of Gargamel but because Papa Smurf transformed her, this helped the Smurfs to accepted her as one of their own. She is in fact one of the three females on the Smurfs show but she is the first female Smurf.

I was never allowed to watch smurfs as a kid. My parents didn't want me watching shows with magic in them. I have taken to watching them now that I'm older, they are on boomerang, which shows all the old cartoons. Smurfs are so funny and remind me of the Gummy Bears show.

I love the Smurfs I have always loved them sense I was younger, I just wish we had our old cable back so I could watch them, thats if they are still even on T.V.
Yes I am 17 but the Smurfs are a cute cartoon and should be loved by all or thats what I think any way.
