I not only could eat it every day, I actually do it
I love garlic, raw and pickled. I eat raw garlic every day with practically everything but sweet dishes.
Funny enough, no one ever complained on any smell. But then again, I always have tea or coffee with my sandwiches, and I live mostly on sandwiches, so maybe hot liquid helps.
I don't know if I could eat raw garlic every day, but from what has been posted here, it seems to definitely have some healing powers. I am curious as to how everyone here is eating the garlic. Are you simply crushing it and placing it in your food, or eating it raw on it's own? I would like to start eating it in some capacity, but maybe try easing it into my diet. Thanks!
I crush it when use for sauces and salad dressings, dice it when add to salads or any dishes, slice it for sandwiches, but since I am too lazy, now I just bite of a clove when eating a sandwich.
I never eat raw garlic on its own. Much as I like it, it's too radical when au naturel.
But I do like pickled garlic without anything.
I didn't know that garlic helped with colds, I will start using it more in my house where colds are running crazy. I use garlic personally allot because I have high blood pressure and garlic is also good for the heart, arteries, and your blood pressure.
