[tv] Birds Of Prey

Not very original. It seems like they wanted to steal the Matrix's moves and yet have a Batman theme, doesn't work for me.

I watched a few episodes of it, but it didn't interest me that much. One of my friends loved it though and was so sad when they decided to cancel it.

Oh, so it is cancelled? Just what I thought would happen when you have a 'copy' television series on a concept that is not original. Too bad, hopefully the cast will get themselves better roles.

I remember this show, and I remember that I couldn't get through the first episode. The biggest problem I had with the show was time. How old was Huntress? Could Bruce have even been Batman when she was born? Another time related problem was the length of Batman's career. I got the feeling from the episode that I watched, that no one even knew who Batman was. It was weird. On the one hand they wanted the show linked to Batman to draw viewers, but on the other hand, they didn't want a superhero series to have to deal with superheroes.
Remember, this is all based on one viewing of one episode, and a partial episode at that.
