I can think of three writers/artists , Todd Mcfarlane who did the writing and penciling for spawn, Matt Wagner who did both writing and art in Grendel and last but not least Frank Miller, he was artist and writer on some of his run on Daredevil , on the mini series The Dark Knight strikes again and was both as well when he did Sin CIty. Well there's a few I can think of, if you think of anymore let me know
