Best of What Rights In Trinidad Arrest By Police When Police make an arrest in Trinidad & Tobago what is the procedure? Do they have to tell you anything in particular or can they simply you arrest you and that is it?

Keep in mind that there are police officers who also break the law and causing a bad name to themselves and others. Not to mention some of them might arrest you they might try to surpass your right to call a lawyer or become silent as a way of abusing power. I may be over exaggerating, but something like this already happened and I wouldn't be surprised if it repeats again.
