The God Who Wasn't There (Hover)
Holding modern Christianity up to a bright spotlight, this eye-opening documentary asks the questions few dare to ask. "Did Jesus even exist?" is just the beginning for The God Who Wasn't There. Your guide through the world of Christendom is former fundamentalist Brian Flemming, joined by such luminaries as Jesus Seminar fellow Robert M. Price, author Sam Harris and historian Richard Carrier.
I just saw the documentary and I understand what the film maker was trying to do but the problem with most atheists is that their approach to the topic of the existence of Jesus Christ as deity is often to try and ridicule the intelligence of those who do believe. Now he does make good points but he seems to be doing it in a disgruntled way and even focuses on a past Christian school where he seemed to be traumatized by the constant Believe or you go to hell type of theological teaching. I will like to read reviews from others who have also seen the documentary.
