David I know your experience must have been special for you but really there were no miracles in what you experienced. Religion seems to appeal to people who need something in their lives, whether its comfort or direction. When the missionaries found you I guess that was your time. Notice how the book came into the whole thing. As for your mention of the spirit that is an individual experience and not something everyone sees.
