Comments: How is it that there are commercial hosts that allow warez and are not held liable for what their clients give away on their sites?

I have three theories on that:

1. The host is in a country not bound by any internet, local or international laws so essentially they can host whatever they want and not feel restricted.

2. The host has polices against putting up a warez site but since a host cannot see everything a client adds to the server some get away with it.

3. Hosts may be too engulfed with making money to care what clients use their server space for unless someone complains

I also do not recommend starting one because it will just get you and your domain black listed as well as the obvious... They are illegal.
