Insurance, Some Bad Luck & Reimbursements

Comments: I have insurance on my car against accident repairs and full write off. Here is what happened. I got in an accident where it was not my fault and I paid $500 to get it fixed. Just when I was going to send in my repair costs for reimbursements I get into bad luck and got hit so bad that my car is basically a write off. Now I know my insurance covers that but what about the $500 I paid from before?
