KENNETH SOBERS, a 53-year-old foreman employed with the Community-based Environmental Protection and Enhancement Programme (CEPEP), was yesterday gunned down while at his work place at Race Course Road, Carapo Village, Arima.
Sobers is the second senior employee linked to the CEPEP project to be gunned down at Carapo Village, Arima within the past three weeks.
