What do you think about the Comic character known as Harley Quinn?

Harley Quinn (real name Dr. Harleen Quinzel) is a fictional character, a supervillain in Batman: The Animated Series and its spin-offs, and subsequently in various Batman-related comic books. As suggested by the name, she is clad in the manner of a traditional harlequin jester. The character was created by Paul Dini and Bruce Timm and is voiced in the animated cartoons by Arleen Sorkin.

Harley is hardly a super villain. She is the side kick of Joker and is in love with him. Joker treats her like crap but she follows around obediently getting more and more psychotic trying to gain his favor.

I love Harley! Even though she doesn't do much or add much to the plot, she still makes the series more fun and adds some pleasant comic relief. So, although she really isn't much of a villain, I love her. She's very funny and very pathetic. I can't help but get annoyed sometimes by her Joker-obsession, but somehow I think we'll see a lot more of that since the Dark Knight came out.
