Comments: Maybe I can get some help here. Long and short of this is I love this girl who is also my best friend. Recently I have found that I love her more romantically now and when I told her my thoughts she said that we can't have a relationship that way because my zodiac sign says we will be incompatible... I'm like huh? What sign am I supposed to be?

I don't want to put down the Girl's beliefs, but Zodiac compatibility is never that simple.
Take myself for example, My Sun Sign is Scorpio, I have Virgo rising at the time of my birth, my Moon was in Mars and most of my planets were in Libra.
My Wife is a Leo - That's all I know and I cant base any compatibility test on that.
All I know is that I Love her with all my Heart, that should be enough to over-rule any off the shelf Zodiac guide.
I hope this girl isn't using the Zodiac as an excuse, because if she Loves you she wouldn't care.

At most the Zodiac can be used as a guide. It is not meant to a "This is how your life will be and nothing else". It is mean to be a fun way of considering your options and nothing is set in stone.
Tell this girl you like that you don't think a symbel can say whether or not a relationship should work. It should be considered by what your guys personalities are like or how you two get along. It cannot hurt to date a few times.

I just thought though... Perhaps she was just using the Zodiac as an excuse because she like another or because she is worried that getting closer might ruin your already great friendship. Part of the reason I think this is because many girl are worriers and I have yet to meet someone that takes the Zodiac with such seriousness.
