$1 Million Curepe Toilet

If you all passed by Curepe junction I'm pretty sure you saw that fancy stainless steal toilet. Did you know the last administration payed $1 million for that thing and isn't being used? Who is going to pay $5 to use that toilet when they can go and pee on the road and the police ain't going to stop them?
