Comments: I recently went to the gynecologist for a check up because I'm 20 weeks pregnant. Everything has been fine so far but just after the exam I started to bleed and ended up in surgery because I had a miscarriage. Whatever happened in the exam I think led to this. Is this grounds for medical malpractice?
