I don't think this can really be done. I think people are mixing up deep consciousness or intense dreams with astral projection. For me astral projection will be more like what a near death experience might be like.

What you say is quite True Gothic, I have no experience of it, but I have had states of consciousness where my spirit has left my body. That was very dream-like and an experience I can't willfully reproduce. I suppose truly lucid dreams can take you beyond the veil.

How do you know your spirit left your body and not merely dreamed it or envisioned it. Dreams are very strong tools for the mind that can create something that seems real but isn't. I'm not trying to discredit your experience but I do not want to find how you can know the difference because if it felt like it doesn't mean it was it.

Thank you for that honest take on your experience and you are quite right I can't discredit what you say you saw or how you felt you saw it and at the same time you cannot prove it. Its almost like if the tree falls in the forest does it make a sound question. It really all depends on how you see it but astral travel or any claimed outer body experience can't be put down to an exact science. I just can't see my conscious somewhere else because then I am giving it matter and its more of an energy.
