Comments: I have some tenants that can be a nuisance to the neighborhood sometimes. They have many children and needed help at the time so I decided to help them on the condition that they watch their children and not let them cause a riot in the neighborhood, but they do just that. They run in everyone's yard, climb the trees make a lot of sounds at ungodly hours, etc. At the same time I feel sorry for them because its the parents and not the kids fault (six of them)... What to do?

If you feel the kids are being neglected and you have proof of it, then call Social Services. What else can you do? It seems to me that the parents are disrespecting you and the neighbors and they have no care in the world.
