Is the National Socialist Movement or NSM part of the KKK or a separate organization?

I can't tell whether the NSM is related to the KKK or not, but it sure is sick.

I looked up their website. They have "25 Points" which is essentially a political platform. I cannot believe that anyone is so filled with hate and venom.
