Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act

Comments: I firmly believe the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act should be expanded to include certain kids of people from getting a gun.
Expanded more in what way and to include what? Reading it just now and it covers more or less everything. Have a read:

My first question to Marabe would be this. Why do you think it needs to be expanded? Who are we to determine how a person will act or develop, regardless of their parentage? Take for instance Charles Whitman, The 1966 Texas Sniper. Did you know he came from a very clean background? Upper-middle class, Dad a very successful plumber/business owner, Mom a wonderful homemaker. Charles himself was quite the upstanding citizen, as well as a decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Yet he ended up in a downward spiral, becoming addicted to methamphetamines and finally climbing up in a tower, killing 16 people and wounding 32 others, then essentially committing suicide by cop, forcing police to kill him instead of surrendering. But good old Charlie fit the bill to purchase a gun, and you could have been the one to sell him the rifle that killed so many. In the future, please think before you speak.

Marabe maybe hinting at acts within the news in recent years where people with mental issues or behaved rather 'weird' beforehand were able to get a hold of guns and cause the deaths of many people. This seems more like people need to report what they see and less on the act itself.
