Know Your Environmental Law - Don't Get Stuck In The Waste Trap
Real Estate Issues and the Law

In the UK every business has a legal responsibility within environmental law to ensure that all waste is dealt with in such a way as to not cause harm to the environment. The owner of the business is responsible for all waste whilst on his property, during transportation and indeed up to the point where it is handed over to another authorised waste contractor. Make sure you understand what is required.
