Ex-Bosnian Serb army commander Ratko Mladic has been arrested on war crimes charges, Serbia's president says.
"Today we arrested Ratko Mladic," Serbian President Boris Tadic announced. Until his arrest today, Mladic was the highest-ranking war crimes suspect still at large from the Balkan wars of the 1990s. Ref. CNN
