I was glad to read this child was found safe and sound. I hope he makes a good transition now with his father. I am also hoping his mother would be charged for what she has done.
QUOTE CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Arizona authorities say a Canadian boy abducted by his mother six years ago is expected to be reunited soon with his father.
Chandler police said Wednesday that 10-year-old Valor Howell was found in good condition Sunday along with his mother, 51-year-old Jamie Howell.
Detectives say the boy was 3 when he was abducted in 2005. Police found the pair at a coin-operated laundry after they responded to a disturbance call.
Valor's father Garrett Taylor told Canadian Press he had hired detectives to find the boy and created a Facebook page titled "Find Valor Howell. Source 4

The mother of this child doesn't realize how much hurt and pain she has caused to both the child and the father that has been looking for him all these days. I'm glad he was found and is now safe with his father.
