Deputies in Santa Clarita found a cat with its paws bound with electrical tape in the back seat of a car. A man and woman inside the vehicle were arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics and the owner of the cat is facing animal cruelty charges. Ref. Source 7u
My goodness, obviously this man is mental or something. I cannot start imaging the pain and suffering of these poor animals and like they say, those people who do things like this to animals they usually do it to humans as well!
