Schools would be required to notify parents of suicide threats or bullying or harassment if a bill becomes law. Ref. Source 8

Bullying and Threats Suicide Parents Notifying

With the bullying that is going on on the schools I think the schools should tell parents of any cases of their children being bullied and if they have concerns that the child may be talking of suicide. I feel that the kids of many parents needs to learn that bullying is not a good thing. High school is tough enough without getting picked on.
