Apparently, Kamla will be opening a school for special needs children in Tobago. What are your thoughts?

international QUOTE
A NEW school catering to the needs of the differently-abled will be opened in Tobago, Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar said as she delivered the feature address at a thanksgiving ceremony hosted by the Tobago Organisation of the People (TOP) on Friday night.

The TOP is one of five parties that forms the coalition People's Partnership Government.

The TOP held its third annual thanksgiving service at the Mason Hall Secondary School in Tobago on Friday night.

The service was attended by Persad-Bissessar and members of her Cabinet who are currently in Tobago on a three-day retreat.

Earlier in the day, Persad-Bissessar and her team visited the School for the Deaf in Bon Accord. Source 5
