Marley Menelok, 25, was at his Tomato Trace, Diego Martin home around 10.30 p.m. When according to his mother, who did not want to be named, her son left the house to go to a nearby parlour to get a cigarette.
Another relative of Menelok's said he received a phone call that night, had a bath, got dressed and left the house following which they heard the gunshots.
