Comments: Are Jews who converted to the religion looked on differently compared with those who were born into it and have a strong line of Judaism in their family.
Yes, I believe that they are. Especially if you are living in an area where the locals know that you have converted.
The Jews believe that your lineage comes through your Mothers' line, so there have been plenty of Jews that are treated differently just because their Mother wasn't Jewish..but their Father was.
I know of a family who converted to Judaism, they got treated differently, I guess it depends on where you live, I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who accept the converted without judgement.
