ContributorNetwork - There have been several baby formula scares recently: melamine tainting, baby formula recalled for beetles, necrotizing enterocolitis, links to type 1 diabetes. Chinese scientists have genetically modified a herd of cows to give human breast milk. It provides the same nutrition as mothers' milk, so the scientists say. Sounds like something from a B-rate Sci-Fi movie, doesn't it

No offense to anyone here that may be from China or descended from China but reading things like this just makes me so afraid of consuming anything Chinese. I remember they had a big scare with their milk products killing babies and now they are genetically altering the cows to get breast milk, scary!
