Comments: How do you host different domains on the same server but have them come up with their own domain and not part of the main hosting domain. Maybe I'm not saying that right but I hope you understand my question.

I believe I understand. First you want to have what is called a "Reseller hosting" account. This enables you to use Cpanel to add domains to your host with their own directory and permissions. You do this via "Add On Domains" in Cpanel.
