Ours is $3.31 for regular, but we are off I-10 so our gas is a little cheaper then some other places. Just five years ago it was .99 cents a gallon, but I guess those days are gone.

We now sit at 1.08 a liter or 4:32 a gallon. I hope it holds for a long time in the downward trend.

Oil futures dropped below $88/barrel today. Lowest in 9 months. I will be interested to see if the gas stations follow suit today or tomorrow.

We can only hope but I doubt that we will see that much more relief at the pumps.

I don't know what is happening in the rest of the world, but here in Olympia, WA. there is a station that lowered their prices to $2.99. Word got out. Now in just the few days we have been here prices have dropped about 50 cents or more at most stations. They are all below the $3 mark. I am hoping that when we get back to Alaska next week they will have dropped there also. I truly did not believe we would see prices below the $3 mark ever again. Goes to show you just never can tell.

We dropped to 4.08 a gallon or 1.02 a liter today. Should droop again. I still think this is more in response to the world economy that the price is dropping then any other reason. I think the oil companies are seeing the unlikely hood of the market being able to support higher prices for a time. Auto industries have crashed and I am sure there are some nastey conversation in that regards.

Our gas prices are slowly coming down. Regular unleaded is now selling for $2.799. We get the 10% ethanol at $.05 less than the regular unleaded gasoline.
