I think you are correct farseer they will use he extra travel as a reason fr the price increase. I am still 80 cent midweek hitting 86 on weekends. Of course that is just a price increase due to increased usage on weekends right?

Oil Price The

Oil has dropped back under $50 a barrel. The price of wholesale unleaded gas has dropped over $.10 a gallon. I wonder if we are going to see any changes at the pumps this week?

The only change I've seen is UP. Prices around here have jumped 10 cents overnight. Here we go again....

Oil has been very interesting the past week. I have seen it go up to almost $55 a barrel and then drop to almost $45 a barrel in one week. Right now it is up again. I think the market as a whole to include oil is very unstable. I have a feeling that until it becomes more stable we are going to continue to see prices jumping up and down.

We seem to be steady 85 cents /l at the pumps now. I figure 90 will be the summer pricing.

Right now we have prices going up and down all over. You can get gas for $1.80 in one area and $1.90 in other areas. Most of these areas are less than 15 miles apart. Makes no sense at times.

Believe it or not they could be in different supply regions. Each region gets a different price range they are allow to charge. Based on shipping and supply and demand for the area. Some areas are very small. Also full vs self serve some times makes a difference.

You still have full service stations up there? That is unheard of around here everything is self serve only. I remember full service stations. They were nice.
