It is odd lately the barrel price goes up and down but the price at the pump is non reflective this year. I noted that the pump prices up or down in direct proportion to the change in the Canadian dollar. Strange since we export a lot of oil and the barrel price is in USA dollar. Thus barrel cost should drop with an increase with the Canadian dollar.
Of course though now Ontario received her ruler for the next four years and the pump price jumped 4 cents a litre the next day.
