I'm going out on a limb here being totally honest, but -- I didn't know what charisma points were until I accidentally rolled my mouse over it and found out it was a hotlink. I don't know how I missed it when I read the FAQs and other new member things, but somehow I did.
I really like getting points because I like to read that something I've written has touched someone in some particular way. I don't really feel like I've been here long enough to warrant any special number of points, but I sure do like watching them rise!

Do not feel bad, it is purposely set this way for New Members to not know much about Charisma - you will even notice that it is not seen in the Bare Bones Skin (default) which is why you may have missed it. The Reason for this is to not overwhelm New Members by thinking their input is worthless if they are on '0'.
