Comments: First take a deep breath because you aren't alone. Next get hold of a good lawyer who can look for any discrepancies you can use to your advantage to either delay or get a reduction so you can keep paying. Don't give up!

Foreclosure is not the end of you in your home. The bank does not want to foreclose on you as it costs them a lot of money to take the home back. Call your bank and see if there is some agreement that you and them can make to help you get back in good standing with the home payments. Talking to the bank is a always a good idea to help you get you payments back on track.
