Donald Brooks

Car salesman and father of three, Donald Brooks, was shot and killed in front of his six-year-old son at his Pleasantville, San Fernando home on Friday night. A police officer is being questioned in connection with Brooks"death.

According to police reports, Brooks, 39, was downstairs his Orchid Gardens apartment with his son, when a man entered. The two men had a brief argument then the intruder shot Brooks twice in the head. Brooks died on the spot. His killer then casually existed the apartment.

I believe there is so much more to this story and the wife of Brooks could probably assist the police. Brooks was buried yesterday and the accuser appeared in court. The lawyer asked that he can be monitored because he had two heart attacks early this year. Really? Prison it's not joke eh he isn't on vacation.

Comments: How did this evil man just walk into the house? Was the door left open? If so by whom? Are inquires into this matter really complete? Words can't describe the level of punishment that all parties involved in the planning and execution of this crime deserve. I pray that all of them feel the fullest brunt of the law. Police are given guns to protect us not to turn on helpless civilians who simply offend them. We are left to wonder what we can expect from law enforcement officers. However, we cannot lose hope, we must still hold fast to the fact that the great majority of officers are honest and hard working. Police like himself conducted inquiries, arrested and charged him. I am sure that they shall also testify against him to win a conviction.

Hey there Spence yes, I think the door was unlocked. I think it was kind of early in the day when it happened because this father was playing in the computer with his son. I don't know if they finished the investigations however it seems to me based on the arrest that they have the guy who did it, a police officer. This isn't just a murder but murder in cold blood.

Comments: My name is Aaron [..]. Donald was my brother who I never met. I've been born in raised in the U.S (Boston,Ma) I started to communicate with him several months before his senseless murder and it hurts my heart that not only was my nephew innocents and dad stripped away from him but as a whole these so called powers that be, the people that are "[suppose]" to protect and serve the peoples of this world are the ones running around doing the most harm.
I honestly hope that this man rots in hell for what he has done to my brother and for the pain and suffering he's brought to my extended family! I don't feel forgiveness in my heart for this coward that took my brother away from his loved ones. I never got a chance to meet him as a kid and we had plans to link back up but because of this so called "constable" that will never happen.
