If you wanted to password protect a directory in Cpanel but you get a message saying you can't because you have Frontpage extensions installed...

Under your list of domains you see that you have Front page extensions installed but you know you never installed it...

What you do is look for all your server .htaccess files and make sure the word "frontpage" is not in it even if it is only a comment. Cpanel reads these as if Frontpage extensions are installed.
