I have often thought that later on in my career, when I wanted to take things easy, I could switch to an HR position within my company. That way I could use my experience with that company to advise employees. The one question I have is whether or not a specific degree is required to get into Human Resources. Also, is it a good idea to pick this career later in life? I have also heard that HR work can be quite frustrating and demanding at times.
