Comments: I was very sad to hear about Scott's passing. He died from the bends and in search for treatment. He was a very nice young man, how is possible that we are in 2011 and yet our hospitals (specially in Tobago) do not have the resources for this type of emergencies? They had him going up and down to different centres and his body finally gave up.

Was his death preventable? That's what I'm wondering because I remember this case and I recall there was only one hyperbaric chamber on Tobago? Why is that? Tobago is such a popular destination for scuba diving.
