Eriekayaker Introduction

Greetings everyone,

This is Eriekayaker, and as you may have surmised from my name, I paddle a kayak on Lake Erie, so you have a general idea in what part of the USA I reside. I found this site quite by accident, but I became immediately interested when I learned of its purpose. I've been searching for a site where I can interact and exchange ideas with people from other parts of the US and from around the world. I have quite a few different interests so hope to participate in the various subject areas. I have a M.A. In journalism and public a newsletter about civil trials. I'm a proud member of the "Baby Boom" generation.
