In a brazen attack in Port of Spain, Douglas was shot more than nine times about the body and two other men wounded near a burger cart at the corner of Henry Street and Independence Square.
This incident, police said, occurred around 1.30 a.m. And caused limers and passersby to scamper for safety as rapid gunfire erupted.
