Comments: I have a five year old that goes to sessions and OT but I don't see any big improvements. I need something more definite, a pill, injection, some way to make his behavior change. Is it even possible to recover from autism?

I'm sorry to say that you do not "recover" from autism but the person with autism learns to manage it and you as the parent learn to accept it. Autism for the individual is their life, it is the person its not like a cold where you take some extra vitamin C and cold medicine and it goes away. I do understand your frustrations. Believe I do.
