I have not seen any of the movies that were nominated so i really cannot say if they were 'good' or 'bad' or if I was happy with the awards given, but the show was clean and classy for a change.

How did you enjoy the 76th Annual Academy Awards? You can rate the awards given, who you thought looked the best (dress) and if you thought someone should have won award that didn't. |
I was happy LOTR won everything it was nominated for,it gives hope to all us fantasy freaks out there.Maybe now some of the better works of fantasy will go into production soon.
Sean Penn winning the best actor was deserving but I did not watch enough of it to give an honest opinion of the whole thing.
We haven't had TV in our home for about 2.5 years now. And I don't see enough "first run" movies to have an opinion about the awards themselves. I do like to read about the fashion and social faux pas in the aftermath, though This year is the first in a while that there didn't seem to be anything scandalous in the news afterwards. I think that's a good sign
IMO
