Wrist Pain From Wrist Strain

Comments: I think I recently hurt my wrists from doing some exercise. I get a sharp pain but its not so bad that I feel like a broke a bone or anything like that. What can I do to make sure it heals quickly?
I would suggest rest and not over exerting it for a few days. Then gentle use till healed, I do not mean baby it just to over exertion on it and light stretching to ensure the muscles to not tighten up on you. If the pain is too acute see a doctor! You could have tore some tissue.
