Cannot Tell Left Or Right

Cannot Tell Left Or Right

Name: Nungu

Comments: I have a problem being able to tell which way is left or right its like I'm drastically uncoordinated. I have been in tests for autism but they said I am not autistic, I wonder what is wrong with me.

Right Left Cannot

Try a silly reminder like this. Hold out your hand finger straight and thumbs sticking out 90 degrees to the side, looking at the back of your hand you will see one hand makes an ell. That is you left hand! Works every time for me.

May seem silly but if it works why not use it. I use many tricks to try and remember simple face and even peoples names.

such as to day I was introduce to Gerry our new CEO. He grins a lot like a nervous cat so I call him in my head grinning Gerry. Just helps me recall stuff by making silly connections to them. I also know a six toe Joe.

Cannot Tell Left Or Right Health & Special Psychology

Apparently, I heard that its mostly men who get confused with the left and right, although my sister is hopeless. She's a child psychologist so she's quite smart, however when it comes down to her right and left, she's hopeless. In the car, when she's navigating, its a challenge - "Your way" or "my way" are the usual descriptions for left and right. It really irritates our mother! smile.gif

Right Left Cannot

I used to wear a ring on my finger as a child to help me remember for scout marching drills where a military officer would be constantly "Left!", "Right" all afternoon. The ring was always on my right hand therefore I knew which way was right. Try that tip keeping one ring on your hand of choice.

Right Left Cannot

Well anyone who is married, should remember that their wedding ring is on their left hand...maybe I should remind that of my sister the next time she's navigating! smile.gif
