Comments: If a woman and a man both fill the same position with the same qualifications then why is that the woman will usually be paid less than the man?

Long deeply embedded beliefs that women are not really humans. Yes stereo typing is wrong but is is real and is still influencing the workplace. Take not who keep the minutes at you next meeting or orders/makes the coffee. I would not be surprised a lady. Might be because they are more organized then us guys. The pay issue is still plain old sexism, though it is slowly diminishing.
I think I recall that it take 10 years to inflict any change in a work place and generations to remove biases towards a particular group. Could it be sour divorced male managers striking revenge?
