According to police, James's body was discovered in some bushes by relatives at the corner of La Pena Trace Extension and La Pena Trace, off Thomasine Street, Laventille, around 10 a.m. Yesterday.
Police said two black garbage bags were placed over James's face. He also had a cord around his neck and a wound to the head.
